Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects, with a focus on application development or ERP/CRM implementations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Lead projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery within defined constraints.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to define project requirements and objectives.
Utilize Jira and/or Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate effective communication across cross‑functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and Agile practices.
Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are integrated into project workflows.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project dashboards and executive summaries.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of project management experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on application development or ERP/CRM implementations.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or custom application development.
Knowledge of cloud‑based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Other Requirements:
Experience working with cross‑functional and remote teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with additional project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
