Base pay:
$110,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a database of control programs and systems.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure proper wiring and control device installation.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control programs.
Integrate systems with on-board microprocessors.
Document system performance and verify compliance with design specifications.
Provide control drawings to the engineering and drafting teams.
Deliver test documentation and reports to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
5 years of experience in controls engineering.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and electrical schematics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in MS Office, Windows XP, file structures, and basic TCP/IP network configuration.
Familiarity with Visio is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with ALC Controls and/or other DDC control systems.
