About the Role Are you an ambitious, driven sales professional with a proven track record of generating leads and acquiring new accounts in B2B? We are expanding our Enterprise Sales team in North America and seek a results‑oriented Executive to help us grow our client base. You will work from our Boston or Chicago offices and leverage outbound prospecting to achieve ambitious goals while building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

What you will do

Manage all inbound and outbound leads across North America

Present demos, conduct follow‑ups, and close deals throughout the full sales cycle

Understand prospect needs and articulate how Perk delivers value

Maintain accurate Salesforce records of prospects and interactions

Collaborate with marketing to improve lead qualification and increase product awareness

Engage senior stakeholders (Office Managers to CFOs) to explain the Perk value proposition

Develop deep expertise in Perk’s product suite to serve as a trusted advisor

What you need to succeed

6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably phone‑based and with a strong hunting focus

Expert in B2B solution selling and building relationships with C‑suite executives

Demonstrated success creating and closing a personal pipeline through outbound initiatives

Ability to work remotely, self‑sufficient yet team‑oriented, and comfortable in a hybrid setting

Customer‑centric mindset, excellent communicator in written and spoken English

Ethically driven, ambitious, and perseverant

Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $109,500.00 On‑target variable earnings: $84,500.00 Commission structure tied to revenue and retention targets.

How We Work Perk practices an IRL‑first approach: the team meets in person three days a week. This role requires a base location within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hubs. Followers of the hybrid model can work remotely with occasional in‑office collaboration.
