The company is looking for a dynamic and high‑impact Account Executive to shape its go‑to‑market engine. This is not a “plug‑and‑play” sales role; you’ll own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end while influencing sales strategy, enablement, product direction, and operational scale as one of the earliest sales hires. Responsibilities

Drive the entire full‑cycle sales motion: sourcing leads, outreach, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing Craft compelling value‑driven narratives for HR, Talent, and TA leadership teams Collaborate closely with founders to refine ICP, positioning, and messaging Build and maintain CRM hygiene and sales enablement materials Act as the bridge between customers and product, sharing trends, objections, and feature insights for roadmap development Help shape a high‑performance sales culture as an early member of the commercial team Why This Role Is Exciting
