Responsibilities

At least 10 years of experience with a strong preference Structural Engineering background or a Mechanical Engineer with significant structural engineering experience.

Must have experience managing engineering teams.

Oversees and directs the work of the creation of engineering methodologies and tools for the design of solar PV mounting solutions.

Set the technical standard of engineering and deliverables to support our EPC customers.

Develop existing, and build additional capabilities in our Structural and Applications engineering team.

Communicate with customers to build confidence and relationships.

Familiar with a variety of engineering design and application concepts, practices, and procedures (e.g., structural, aerodynamics, geotechnical, construction management, International Building Code).

Solar PV and UL2703 code application experience and knowledge preferred.

Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.

Must be willing to travel 20-25%.
