We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. $260,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Handling a diverse range of litigation matters, including copyright, technology, and patent disputes. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop and implement case strategies. Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal issues related to intellectual property and technology. Managing relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. Keeping abreast of developments in copyright, technology, and patent law to provide timely and effective legal services. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in copyright, technology, and patent litigation. Prior experience in a biglaw or AmLaw firm is highly desirable. Technical background in computer science, engineering, physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related STEM field. Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
