Key job responsibilities
Engineer, integrate, and deliver the Prime Air drone vehicle system, including hardware design and subsystems integration.
Design, build, integrate, test, and certify aerospace artifacts while working from the customer to create breakthrough products.
Lead teams of mechanical, electrical, software, systems engineers, researchers, and applied scientists to deliver an aerospace‑grade product.
Develop an integrated product development plan, manage senior engineering managers and technical programs, execute the roadmap, and drive intellectual and innovation challenges with business impact.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
12+ years of aerospace engineering experience.
6+ years of experience managing engineering managers.
Understanding of aerospace product development life cycle from design to certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
15+ years relevant work experience.
Experience leading an Aircraft Integration program or team.
Experience in a leadership role in bringing a product to market.

Compensation ranges from $161,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,600/year in our highest geographic market, with additional equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
