We are a reputable law firm specializing in highly sensitive and urgent family law matters, including domestic violence, child abductions, complex asset division, and high‑conflict custody cases. All our attorneys are well‑versed in California family law and committed to professional ethics and integrity.
Salary $175,000 – $265,000 per year (subject to skills and experience)
Location & Work Style Fully remote work schedule (must have California Bar admission). Requires 1,600–1,700 billable hours annually and a strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, including high‑conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Advocate in hearings, trials, and mediations, representing clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.
Requirements
Strong background in family law.
Active and good standing membership in the California State Bar.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Commitment to meeting a 1,600–1,700 billable hour requirement annually.
