What You’ll Do
Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team.
Drive sales results by analyzing the business, identifying opportunities, and coaching on and off the floor.
Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks while maintaining the guest as the top priority.
Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing diverse team.
Build bench strength, preparing team members for next level responsibilities.
Create and maintain a visually inspiring boutique that aligns with our visual brand standards.
Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Problem‑solve proactively and creatively to generate new ideas and solutions.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively to deliver sales results.
Strong planning and execution skills; able to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable, with ability to multi‑task and balance priorities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Effective maneuvering around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
Independently work and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
