What You’ll Do
Guest Experience
– Lead a culture that builds confidence and engagement, delivering unwavering dedication to guests.
Leadership
– Drive sales results by analyzing business metrics, coaching on and off the sales floor, and planning and delegating tasks to maintain guests as the top priority.
Talent
– Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing, diverse team. Build bench strength by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
Operations & Visual
– Enforce policies fairly and consistently, maintain a visually inspiring boutique that reflects our brand standards, and solve problems with creativity and independence.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
Ability to motivate others and deliver sales results
Strong planning and task execution skills
Flexible, adaptable, and multi‑tasking capacity
Will work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Effective maneuvering around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Independent working style
Lift and carry up to 35 lbs
