Commercial Litigation Attorney (Hybrid) – Competitive Salary, Bonus, Benefits, Work/Life Balance Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr Overview
Business Law Firm Serving Government Contractors and Large and Small Private Sector Commercial Clients. We are a nationwide practice with offices across the country, focusing on complex commercial litigation and related matters. Responsibilities
Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation, including government contracts disputes, labor and employment litigation (FLSA, Wage-and-Hour, Title VII, restrictive covenants), trade secrets misappropriation, contract disputes, business torts, construction disputes, government investigations, and False Claims Act matters. Practice in State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, and in U.S. Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals. Collaborate with a team in a nationwide litigation practice and contribute to high-quality advocacy for government contractors and private sector clients. Qualifications
3–6 years of private practice litigation experience. Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia; additional Florida and/or California bar admissions are a plus. Strong work ethic and interest in commercial litigation; ability to work effectively as part of a team. Employment Details
