Commercial Litigation Attorney; Business Law Firm Serving Government Contractors and Large and Small Private Sector Commercial Clients; Seeking an experienced Litigator to join our Nationwide Litigation Practice.
Requirements:
3-6 years of Litigation experience in Private Practice.
Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia, with residency in the DC Metropolitan area.
Working knowledge of Complex Commercial and Business Litigation, Government Contracts Disputes, Management and Employer‑Side Labor and Employment Litigation (FLSA, Wage‑and‑Hour, Title VII, Restrictive Covenants), Trade Secrets Misappropriation Claims, Commercial Contract Disputes, Business Torts, Construction Disputes, Government Investigations, False Claims Act matters, and Real Estate Disputes.
Experience before State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.
Additional Florida and/or California bar admissions are of particular interest.
