This Vice President of New Business Development will be responsible for generating leads, building pipeline, and expanding the U.S. market footprint. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, creating and nurturing executive-level relationships, and collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams. The primary responsibility will be to develop pipeline and bring in new leads through the business development channel.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of business development managers and representatives.
Identify and qualify new opportunities across key industries.
Represent at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Plan and host internal events with our partners and prospects
Participate in thought leadership through podcasts, speaking engagements, etc.
Develop and execute growth strategies, including new markets and enterprise accounts.
Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting of business development activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, Business or industry relevant fields.
Minimum 4 years’ of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
A background in Robotics, Automation, or B2B technology sectors.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strategic customer relationships.
Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence senior executives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and partners and attend events.
