Lead with Purpose as a Store Manager at one of the nation’s top convenience chains. We’re looking for inspiring leaders ready to drive store performance, motivate teams, and set the example at every shift. Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance. Lead and inspire a team of 8‑15 employees across all shifts. Operate as the go‑to person for coverage; available for any shift, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays. Perform all store duties: running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps. Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items. Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork. Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising. Handle all banking and cash deposits—must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals. Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives. Be willing to take on any store need, including cross‑training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary. Open availability to work any shift as needed, especially for unexpected call‑outs. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle access, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits). Retail or food management experience preferred. Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations. Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness. Minimum age requirement: 18+ in Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, and Colorado; 21+ in all other states. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check. In Tennessee, must complete Topshelf Manager Training. Exempt store managers required to work a minimum of 52 hours a week.
