As Sales Supervisor, you will lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals. You will report to the Store Manager and work with the sales team to deliver a technology‑led, customer‑first experience that delights and retains clients.
What you’ll do:
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maintain customer retention.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal relationships.
Contribute to a technology‑led in‑store experience that surprises and delights customers.
Maintain high customer‑experience scores through NPS.
Act as brand ambassador by embodying brand values and engaging customers.
Ensure inventory accuracy and controls, performing cycle counts and overseeing inbound/outbound inventory.
Track metrics for back‑of‑house fulfillment, mis‑picks, cycle counts, and overall inventory accuracy.
Contribute to loss prevention and train with leadership.
Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflow.
Support merchandising presentation strategy and train staff as needed.
Provide real‑time and weekly sales, product, and allocation feedback to leadership.
Uphold policies and procedures and lead by example.
Motivate and support sales associates, onboard new hires, and coach existing associates.
Lead training and customer‑experience programs, maintaining a healthy, productive workplace.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
Experience in a sales or retail organization with operational focus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
Self‑motivated, driven to tackle new challenges and grow professionally.
Excellent communicator with a passion for people.
Effectiveness in problem‑solving with keen attention to detail.
Positive attitude, believing no task is too small or too large.
Compensation:
$25.89 per hour for a full‑time position. Availability: minimum 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours, with flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
