We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Commercial Director to deliver sales growth and key account management across a designated portfolio of accounts, assuming USA‑wide responsibility for all commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver sales growth and general key account management across a designated portfolio of accounts, assuming USA‑wide responsibility for all commercial opportunities.

Build and influence relationships with key personnel in airlines and airports, acting as subject‑matter expert in winning and retaining business within the USA market.

Act as lead for key USA accounts, coordinating with regional teams to bring opportunities to fruition.

Engineer a proactive sales approach, identifying and developing opportunities before they reach the market.

Manage customer relationships through structured business review meetings and proactive communications.

Develop tailored proposals and high‑quality sales collateral to support pitches and presentations.

Maintain CRM system, ensuring all sales opportunities and customer information are captured, tracked, and updated.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in business or another relevant field.

At least five years of experience in the aviation sector, working in commercial and/or operational disciplines.

Proven experience working with major customers.

Experience in complex organizations with a global footprint and diverse structures.

Excellent communication and team‑working skills.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must pass pre‑employment background and drug screening.

Must be comfortable lifting 35 lbs.

Inform manager of any serious or immediate danger.

Report hazards, near‑misses, incidents, accidents, or dangerous situations.

Carry out work per training and workplace health & safety rules.

Understand the company health and safety policy.

Attend training courses as arranged by the company.
