Experience in Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service Proficiency in Communication and employee engagement with the ability to lead and motivate a team Proven capabilities in Store Management and operational oversight Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and inventory management Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills Ability to work on‑site in Fort Worth, TX on a full‑time basis Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience is preferred Position Details
