Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key technology projects across ERP modernization, systems integrations, and SaaS/cloud initiatives.
In this role, you’ll act as the central connection point between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and offshore/onshore partners—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s broader technology roadmap.
Project Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects (e.g., ERP upgrades/migrations, system and data integrations, and strategic partner initiatives).
Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and dependency maps using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
Coordinate closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive resolution and elevate when needed.
Oversee UAT planning and execution, documentation, and readiness for production deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other business functions to ensure technology solutions meet real business needs.
Manage day-to-day communication with external vendors and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical and compliance standards.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning/reviews, retrospectives) and keep all parties informed on progress, blockers, and next steps.
Support creation and maintenance of documentation for system changes, technical requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Governance & Reporting
Implement and maintain project governance practices including RAID logs, change control, and post‑implementation reviews.
Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
Help ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, NIST or similar).
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and vendor/partner performance.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in technology, software development, or IT delivery environments.
Hands‑on experience leading ERP, CRM, or data integration projects, ideally within Microsoft‑centric or similar ecosystems (e.g., Dynamics, Azure, SQL).
Comfortable operating in both agile and waterfall/hybrid delivery models; PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
Experience coordinating offshore/onshore development teams and working with third‑party vendors.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (e.g., Bitbucket, Git), and CI/CD practices.
Working knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools (e.g., SQL Server, Azure services, BI/analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, data pipelines, and API‑based integrations.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision‑making under pressure.
Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying and driving process improvements.
