Gen-FC
Gen-FC is a fast-growing digital media and technology platform that captures, edits, and distributes youth soccer content across the United States using AI-powered camera systems. We operate our own media network and partner with leading academies to produce high-quality content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Responsibilities
Support the definition of the weekly programming of the Gen-FC Channel, including live shows, live games, and non-live editorial content.
Manage the weekly content calendar and ensure consistent coverage of partner academies and general soccer topics.
Identify relevant stories, clips, and short-form content opportunities.
Coordinate production workflows based on the weekly programming plan.
Lead in-studio production logistics, including talent/guest coordination, run-of-show preparation, clip identification, and studio setup (lighting, set, audio coordination).
Assist with basic video editing tasks (clipping highlights, preparing rough cuts).
Manage communication and workflow with Gen-FC’s Content Creator / Streamer Program.
Retrieve and organize information from academies and clients to support programming.
Support coverage of selected weekend games, tournaments, and live events.
Ensure weekend content is incorporated efficiently into weekly programming.
Publish content across Gen-FC platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) using platform best practices for metadata, titles, scheduling, and branding.
Coordinate with creators and editors to maintain consistent posting volume and quality.
Qualifications
Experience in digital content creation or media production (sports experience preferred).
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
Strong understanding of the Florida youth soccer landscape.
Experience coordinating with on-camera talent, guests, or content creators.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Based in Miami with availability to work selected weekends.
