Architect

Architect We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design and oversee various custom residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, code‑compliant, and according to client specifications. This role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create innovative architectural designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.

Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and ensure compliance with building codes.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including construction drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with various teams including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers during the design and construction process.

Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Maintain client relations and provide updates on project progress.

Research and integrate sustainable practices into designs and project plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Licensed Architect with a valid architectural license is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp software.

Strong background in architectural design and building codes.

Experience with project management and client interactions.

Knowledge of sustainability practices and trends in architecture.

Familiarity with custom residential project principles.

Ability to create detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
