Base pay range $69,500.00/yr - $95,500.00/yr

We are looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You'll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.

Help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.

Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Produce control system designs for a variety of processes and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of the process control, instrumentation, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience working with instrumentation and control.

Preferred qualifications

Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications.

Experience working with data centers.

Engineer in Training (EIT).

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.

Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.

Passion for buildings and construction.

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
