Job Description This is a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS). We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Manager who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements for TCS clients
Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects related to SAP, with a key focus on SAP S/4HANA using TCS’ delivery methodology based on SAP ACTIVATE
Manage program‑level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversee overall completion and sign‑off on program deliverables
Coordinate project timeline with teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
Collaborate with project manager(s) in resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s)
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects
Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
Leverage broad business and technical expertise to address key topics related to technology architecture, design, business model, integration, and organization change management
Attend and participate in discussions with senior management and CxO level to influence decisions and communicate competitive intelligence from the field
Plan and manage events for customers to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcomes
Qualifications
Minimum 13 years of consulting experience with multiple industries
Recent experience managing transformational initiatives, preferably with a Big Four consulting firm
Experience in S/4HANA implementation / system conversion / landscape transformation or implementation of one of the SAP Cloud applications using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology
Experience managing client stakeholders and project teams at all levels
Experience in multiple full life cycle SAP engagements with multi‑module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) with at least two S/4HANA projects in the TS&S industry
Experience in proposal preparation and business case development using SAP solutions
Bachelor's / master’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, MIS, or equivalent
Nice to Have
Understanding of SAP Best Practices and knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
Up‑to‑date with SAP innovations
Certification in SAP ACTIVATE and in one or more SAP S/4HANA LoB’s
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
Salary range: $145,400 – $180,800 a year
