Job Description As the Senior Manager, Digital Experience, you will manage the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of all Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) websites. You will guide a collaborative team responsible for website content, user experience, and the digital technology stack—ensuring FBIN delivers intuitive, customer‑first digital experiences across multiple brand and regional sites.
This role spans website management, UX design, project delivery, and team development. You’ll oversee web properties in the U.S. and Canada, streamline content workflows, and manage major redesign initiatives in partnership with internal teams and external agencies. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user journey, while ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand and supports long‑term category leadership.

Position Location : This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world‑class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a digital experience strategy aligned with business goals, driving innovation and continuous improvement
Guide a team that delivers intuitive UX designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and customer journey enhancements
Collaborate with developers, DTC teams, designers, content creators, and marketers to deliver engaging and high‑performing websites
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of company websites, ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, SEO, and usability standards
Use analytics and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement
Align with internal teams—including marketing, sales, product development, and IT—as well as external agencies and vendors to execute digital objectives
Partner with IT and key stakeholders to manage and evolve the web technology stack
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
Create and manage website roadmaps and lead web projects from planning through launch
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, UX Design, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience managing enterprise websites, including content, UX, and platform oversight
5+ years managing cross‑functional teams, with direct people management experience
Demonstrated experience managing web technologies and tools, including HTML, CSS, component‑based CMS platforms, Figma, Adobe XD, and Google Analytics
Demonstrated knowledge of digital best practices, including UX design, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, SEO, and performance optimization
Proven ability to manage website projects from planning through launch, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present digital strategies and insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Digital Marketing, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field
Background in consumer goods, retail, or DTC environments
Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is
Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD . Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
