Quantitative Research and Data Associate (Federal Clients)
Arc Aspicio is an innovative consulting firm focused on delivering integrated solutions for government and homeland security clients. As a Quantitative Research and Data Associate, you will work on mission‑critical projects in justice and law enforcement, supporting grant programs with data analysis, visualization, and research.
Hybrid Work Environment Arc Aspicio operates in a hybrid model with client sites, the DC office, and remote work. Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC area at the time of hire.
Responsibilities
Provide expertise on data collection and analysis for juvenile justice program research and reporting.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.
Support the development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report grant progress to stakeholders.
Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis of diverse sources, verifying quality before incorporating into presentations and dashboards.
Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communication skills to identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to teams and clients.
Support workstreams, lead deliverables, and promote continuous improvement.
Apply consulting skills, contribute to new business and strategic initiatives, and support growth of others.
Develop leadership and consulting capabilities in a fast‑growth environment.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a blend of justice research and data analysis/visualization supporting grant performance tracking.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Experience with Tableau, Excel macros, SPSS, ArcGIS, Access.
Excellent skills in creating presentations and visualizations to share insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to present insights to clients.
Enthusiasm to collaborate and participate in company events and special projects.
Strong work ethic in a dynamic, complex environment; self‑motivated and able to take on responsibility.
Ability to collaborate effectively remotely and in‑person.
Attention to detail while maintaining strategic focus.
U.S. citizenship only (no dual citizenship).
Bachelor’s degree.
Critical skills: data analysis, entrepreneurial spirit, problem‑solving, resilience, and relationship building.
