Senior Research and Data Consultant (Federal Clients)
Arc Aspicio seeks a Senior Research and Data Consultant to support justice and law enforcement data analytics and visualization projects for federal clients. The role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data in Tableau dashboards to inform grant program outcomes. Hybrid Work Environment
Employees must reside in the Washington, DC area and will work a hybrid schedule across client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remote locations. Responsibilities
Provide expertise on data collection and analysis for juvenile justice program research and reporting. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools. Support the development and implementation of methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast, and report grant progress. Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis of diverse data sources, ensuring quality prior to inclusion in presentations. Apply business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, and communication skills to identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions. Support workstreams, lead deliverables, and promote continuous improvement. Develop consulting skills through participation in new business and strategic initiatives. Contribute to a learning culture, mentoring others and advancing company goals. Take advantage of leadership development opportunities in a fast-growth environment. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in justice research, data analysis, or visualization in criminal justice, supporting grant performance tracking. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Experience with Tableau, Excel macros, SPSS, ArcGIS, Access. Excellent presentation and visualization skills. Strong communication skills; ability to present insights to clients. Collaborative attitude and interest in company events and special projects. Self‑motivated work ethic and ability to handle a dynamic environment. Effective remote and in‑person collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective. U.S. citizenship only (no dual citizenship); no clearance required. Bachelor’s degree.
