SIM2 Team Scrum Master - P2 Location: Woburn, MA – Onsite. U.S. citizenship required. Active Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

What You Will Do

Sprint planning and Program Increment (PI) planning.

Facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Coaching the team on Scrum principles, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Collaborating with the Product Owner and Release Train Engineer (RTE) for impediment removal, metric roll‑up, and JIRA validation.

Protecting the team from distractions and interruptions, and ensuring the team maintains focus on sprint goals.

Helping define and manage the product backlog and facilitating communication between the team and the Product Owner.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.

Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start date.

Experience with software development, testing, and/or integration using C, C++, or Ada.

Experience with agile methodologies and SAFe and/or Scrum at Scale framework.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with AN/TPY‑2 System and/or current Missile Defense programs, with specific experience in large, complex systems.

Ability to understand radar systems technology in the areas of radar design and analysis, and systems engineering development.

Knowledge of and ability to work within the Agile Scrum development practice.

Agile Management and Engineering Tools (Jira, PDM, etc.).

SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.

Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and metrics.

Salary Range $66,000 to $130,000.
