Hybrid:

Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Manager CRM is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Collegium’s Customer Relationship Management platform (Veeva Vault CRM), ensuring it supports business goals across sales, marketing, and medical. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, IT, and third‑party vendors to enhance usability, drive adoption, and deliver actionable insights that improve customer engagement and business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary business owner of Veeva Vault CRM and accompanying applications (Align, Network, etc.)

Develop and implement strategies for using CRM and marketing automation platforms together, ensuring seamless data flow and a unified customer view

Ensure digital asset availability in CRM (Rep Triggered Email, CLM, etc.)

Lead the configuration and continuous improvement of the CRM platform in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders

Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and segmentation by managing regular data updates and audits

Identify and prioritize enhancements to improve efficiency, enablement, usability and functionality for sales, marketing, and medical teams

Identify opportunities to enhance Commercial execution

Support CRM users with training materials, troubleshooting, and onboarding

Proactively monitor CRM usage and adoption; drive continuous education and support for users

Develop activity level reporting for Commercial leadership, Sales leadership, and individual Field Sales personnel

Translate CRM data into insights that support decision‑making and strategic planning

Work closely with internal stakeholders to align CRM activities with business needs

Coordinate with external vendors and third‑party service providers to ensure smooth platform operation

Responsible for field help desk and support

Evaluate, consult on future tools such as AI related to field and operational efficiency, insights, and impact

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Analytics or related field

6‑8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry supporting Veeva CRM

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Comfort working independently as an individual contributor with high accountability

Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in pharma/biotech industry

Pay Range

$174,860 - $189,800 USD
