We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional/Technical Consultant with deep knowledge in

Case Management workflows . The ideal consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide both

technical solutions

and

functional consulting

to enhance CRM Case Management operations. Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, gap-fit analysis, and functional design documentation. Work directly with business users to understand case processes and translate them into CRM solutions. Configure CRM modules, entities, business rules, forms, dashboards, and relationships. Support deployment, UAT execution, training, and production rollouts. Technical Responsibilities

Customize CRM through plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations. Develop and maintain CRM integrations using APIs/Web Services. Implement CRM security roles, access models, and data governance. Perform issue resolution, enhancements, and system optimizations. Required Skills & Experience

7+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CRM 2016 / Dynamics 365 preferred). Strong experience in Case Management implementation. Proven ability to deliver both Functional & Technical solutions. Experienced in CRM workflows, plugins, scripting (JavaScript), and UI customization. Knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL Server for backend customizations. Understanding of data migration, integration, and system architecture. Experience working in Agile environments. Desirable Skills

Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate. Microsoft CRM certifications (MB-200, MB-400). Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions). Soft Skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and business users. Seniority level
