Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with strong functional and technical capabilities, specifically in the Shareholder/Investor Experience domain. The consultant will lead CRM enhancements, customizations, integration activities, and workflow automation to support stakeholder management processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM technical & functional solutions.
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules related to Stakeholder/Shareholder Management.
Customize CRM forms, dashboards, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and business rules.
Develop and manage CRM integration with external applications and data sources.
Collaborate with business users, IT, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Provide production support, data fixes, reporting, and enhancements.
Prepare documentation (design, configuration, functional specs, and test cases).
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Strong understanding of functional CRM business processes: Lead Management, Account/Contact Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Case Management, etc.
Hands-on experience with:
Custom entities, plugins, workflows, JavaScript customization.
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Integration frameworks & APIs (Azure, REST, ETL tools).
Experience working in Shareholder/Investor/Customer engagement processes.
Strong SQL and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
