LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Treasurer to join our client near the Piedmont, OK area. This direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.
The Treasurer will be responsible for managing all financial assets, directing financial planning and analysis, developing budgets, preparing financial reports and yearly tax documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standing accounting practices. The ideal applicant will have excellent relationship-building skills, organization and management experience, and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Manage financial assets and investment funds
Direct financial planning and analysis, including studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions
Assist with debt and project management
Prepare financial reports for review and maintain accurate financial records
Manage treasury services and activities
Prepare complex budgets and allocate limited resources
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Review and submit yearly tax documents
Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, CPA preferred
Organization and management experience required
Proven experience rebuilding and redirecting accounting and financial teams
Proficient with Sage MIP and Abila Accounting Software
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Proven leader
