Position Overview We are seeking an experienced business transactional attorney to play a key role in expanding our corporate, real estate, and general business transactions practice. This position offers a high level of autonomy, a steady flow of varied work, and the chance to work closely with clients ranging from startups to established, large companies.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
Handle entity formations, corporate governance, and business structuring.
Support and manage real estate transactions, including purchase/sale agreements and leases.
Serve as outside general counsel on ongoing business and compliance matters.
Collaborate with the litigation team to align legal strategies across disciplines.
Manage matters independently from client intake through completion.
Assist with business development and help strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
Active member of the California Bar.
5+ years of business transactional experience, ideally across corporate and real estate matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong client-service approach and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Salary of $200,000, based on experience, plus bonuses.
