Take and defend depositions Draft and argue dispositive motions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law Prepare pleadings and correspondence Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients Qualifications
Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required Benefits
