Who You Are Seeking an IT professional to play a critical role in maintaining endpoint integrity, enforcing compliance policies, and supporting secure infrastructure across the organization. This role bridges Tier 2 desktop operations and Tier 3 server operations support, providing advanced technical expertise while contributing to system-level administration and Microsoft 365 application governance.
What You Will Do The Microsoft 365 Applications and Endpoint Admin (Systems Administrator II-III) performs routine to complex (journey-level) systems administration work. Work involves maintaining the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of systems. Installs and upgrades computer components and system software. May provide guidance to others. Works under moderate to general supervision, with limited to moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
You Will Be Trusted To
Provide high-level technical support, resolving escalated issues from Tier 1–2 desktop and helpdesk support teams.
Administer and monitor Windows-based systems, including patching, policy, and troubleshooting.
Enforce Intune configuration profiles and device compliance policies.
Support BitLocker encryption, endpoint telemetry, and software deployment via Company Portal.
Administer Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), including user provisioning, license assignment, and troubleshooting.
Assist in the rollout and support of privileged access tools (e.g., Delinea).
Maintain system documentation, change logs, and audit readiness artifacts.
Respond to service requests and incidents with root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
Perform related duties as needed.
You Are a Great Fit With
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in system administration or advanced desktop support.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and elevate appropriately.
Some knowledge of Windows OS, Intune, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 applications and managing user access.
Familiarity with security controls, least privilege models, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience with system support tools and access controls.
Understanding of Helpdesk Support and System Troubleshooting.
Ability to mentor Tier 1–2 support staff and field support technicians.
Contribute to knowledge base document development.
You Qualify With
Systems Administrator II: One year of experience in systems administration work.
Systems Administrator III: One year and six months of experience in systems administration work.
Both Levels: Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
