What You Will Do

Champion novel solutions for advanced modeling techniques

Develop new C++ models in an extensible and maintainable fashion

Deploy Radio Frequency phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in software implementation

Enable customers’ success through adoption and utilization of modeling solutions

Work efficiently within an established software product across programming languages and environments

Research and develop novel RF modeling solutions

Coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and solve complex software and physics problems

Mentor and share RF expertise with your team

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and at least 8 years of relevant experience

Experience applying object‑oriented software design and programming in C or C++

Experience using Python or MATLAB for data evaluation

Experience with UNIX/Linux, macOS, or Windows command line

Experience in radar processing, imaging RF systems, energy transport, radar physics, signal processing, and/or discrimination algorithms

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Interim Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with OpenGL, CUDA, or other GPU accelerated languages/architectures and Scene Generation/Sensor Modeling technologies

Experience with electronic warfare modeling, missile‑related signal processing algorithms, digital communications, estimation theory, or AI/ML training techniques

Experience with real‑time programming, software change management tools, build systems (Make/CMake), and large production software environments

Experience interfacing with adjacent disciplines (Signal Processing, Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering)

Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field

What We Offer

Competitive salary range: US$101,000 – 203,000
