This position is dedicated to expanding the application, empowering the Real Estate team with deeper insights and reinforcing the operational foundation of the fund. You will be responsible for modernizing and enhancing data ingestion pipelines, executive-level dashboards, reporting capabilities, and monitoring/audit workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and transparency across the platform.
The client is a leading global investment firm specializing in real estate, private equity, and asset management.
This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland — whether from home or from one of our well-equipped offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.
Responsibilities
Enhance and modernize data ingestion pipelines to support scalable, reliable data flows
Develop and enrich executive dashboards and reporting outputs using advanced visualization tools
Improve monitoring and audit workflows to ensure data integrity and transparency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for operational and analytical needs
Maintain and optimize backend services and REST APIs for seamless integration and performance
Support the adoption and implementation of ETL and data orchestration tools as the project evolves
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with the listed or related technologies
Expert proficiency in Python (backend development, business logic, service orchestration, data processing)
Experience with React.js, including designing and architecting complex, scalable user interfaces
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications and data pipelines
Proven track record in building and optimizing executive dashboards and data-intensive applications using Chart.js, Highcharts, and AG Grid
Deep understanding of REST API design, implementation, and best practices (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
Experience with ETL/data orchestration tools (Dagster, dbt), including designing, scheduling, and monitoring complex data pipelines
Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and enterprise data warehousing (Snowflake), including performance optimization and data modeling
Experience mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading a small group of engineers is a plus
