Audit Manager
Location:
Hybrid in Charlotte, NC.
Compensation:
Up to $155k base + bonus + full benefits package.
We are a mid‑sized CPA firm with 35+ years in the Charlotte market providing Tax and Audit services across construction, financial services, manufacturing & distribution, non‑profit, and real estate.
Responsibilities:
Supervise multiple Senior and Staff Accountants and review their work.
Oversee ongoing engagements and ensure quality and efficiency.
Network with business professionals to represent the firm and develop additional professional services.
Develop quality client relationships and loyalty.
Communicate with client personnel to assess accounting processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Review accounting transactions and apply GAAP appropriately.
Prepare financial statement footnotes and internal control observations and recommendations.
Research fundamental issues using online tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience as a senior auditor.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Benefits:
