Senior Manager of FP&A (Salary Range: 160K-170K+Bonus), Hybrid (3 days in office)
LHH is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for a dynamic fast growing PE backed company in the
retail–adjacent industry
located in
Dallas, TX . This role oversees revenue forecasting and long‑range planning while driving improvements in financial processes and tools to support strategic decision‑making.
In addition to bringing deep financial modelling experience, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, leadership strength, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working across multiple business units and partnering with operations, familiarity with financial planning technologies are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Build, refine, and manage complex financial models to support forecasting, long‑range planning, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions while highlighting risks and opportunities.
Collaborate across finance and cross‑functional teams to enhance planning workflows, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses related to topics such as M&A activities, expansion initiatives, capital allocation, and cost‑efficiency opportunities.
Develop high‑quality presentation materials for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, fostering collaboration with accounting and other internal partners.
Client Requirements
5–8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally including team leadership and FP&A roles in a multi‑unit or growth‑oriented organization.
Strong Revenue Forecasting experience is required.
Strong command of three‑statement modelling with an ability to create detailed, driver‑based P&L and cash‑flow models; expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial planning platforms such as Anaplan, plus familiarity with ERP and reporting systems; SAP or Power BI experience is beneficial.
Skilled communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and work confidently with senior executives.
Background in PE environments with exposure to forecasting accuracy standards preferred.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical rigor, business partnership capabilities, and the ability to thrive amid change and competing priorities.
