About the Opportunity Join a growing construction company known for its high-quality projects and collaborative culture. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations
Support month‑end close and financial statement preparation
Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor statements, and lien waivers
Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Collaborate with project managers to reconcile budget vs. actual costs
Maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of accounting experience
Experience with large ERP
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
