Staff Accountant
What you will do:
The Staff Accountant works in a variety of accounting areas including: Accounts Receivable, Billing, creating and reviewing journal entries, general ledger reconciliation and monthly close.
Preparation and review of journal entries in accordance with GAAP
Perform reconciliation work inside the general ledger
Own and process accounts receivable
Support month end close as needed
Other duties and/or projects as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
Previous accounts receivable experience
One or more years in an accounting position, completing general ledger reconciliation
Previous experience supporting monthly close preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills or stronger required
Ability to interview and work on-site.
Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
Should be detail oriented with the ability to maintain and analyze data accurately and timely
