Join EY as a Senior Manager to lead FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management solutions for clients across industries.
Our EPM team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to help clients optimize processes and drive performance improvement through transformations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.
Provide deep insight and guidance to teams, driving performance and innovation.
Build and manage client relationships to support business growth.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect finance processes to strategic outcomes.
Proven success building lasting client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial concepts for diverse business audiences.
Flexibility to travel as client engagements require.
Expertise in financial planning and analytics through analysis and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, capital planning, and corporate finance.
Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred).
Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards. Base salary range for all US locations: $150,400 to $343,600; for New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $180,500 to $390,500. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Hybrid model – flexible workforce arrangement; work 40‑60% in person.
Flexible vacation policy; option for various leave types.
