Our PE-Backed Manufacturing client is looking for a Regional Controller who will support the Corporate Controller. You will be a hands‑on leader for their growing entity and support monthly financial reports and consolidations. Their ideal candidate must have Manufacturing industry experience with some M&A and Consolidations experience.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP for internal management reporting.
Direct the workload, priorities, and daily operations of the regional accounting team to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Record and maintain journal entries and general ledger reconciliations with accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to policy.
Evaluate accounting controls and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Organize and validate revenue and cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) data to ensure precise gross margin reporting and financial visibility.
Gather and verify monthly sales commission information, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Analyze weekly cash reports, identify trends or concerns, and support ongoing cash flow planning and forecasting processes.
Lead accurate and timely inventory reporting by coordinating with operations to ensure proper valuation, cycle counts, and internal controls.
Participate in annual audit activities by preparing schedules, coordinating auditor requests, and ensuring compliance readiness.
Partner with leadership in strengthening the Controlling organization through process improvement, standardization, and best‑practice development.
Serve as a strategic financial partner contributing to revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency across the region.
Support integration and alignment efforts for newly acquired businesses to ensure consistency with corporate accounting policies and procedures.
Play a key role in developing scalable financial systems and processes that support rapid growth both organically and through acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Multi‑entity Consolidation experience is preferred.
Knowledge of major accounting software packages for general ledger accounting
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, business leaders, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
