Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM). Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, activities and workforce optimization. Experience working with WFM APIs and Dell Boomi integrations. Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools for creating queries. Experience with system integration, testing, and change management. Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business‑friendly language. Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG Dimensions or other modern WFM solutions. Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and global workforce practices. UKG and Dell Boomi certifications would be added advantage. Benefits

Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional system solutions. Configure, maintain, and enhance Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, Activities, Attendance, Attestation, Device Management and Basic Scheduling. Support clock upgrades. Support system upgrades, testing, integration, and production deployments. Design and deliver custom reports, dataviews and workforce analytics. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while ensuring minimal business disruption. Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and team members. Ensure system compliance with labor laws, payroll practices, and organizational policies. Collaborate with vendors on product enhancements, escalations, and industry best practices.
