Location: Dallas, TX ~ Greenwich, NY
Duration: 9-12 months Contract
Job Summary: Seeking a highly experienced UKG Integration Architect to support integrations on Dell Boomi and participate in the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to Workforce Dimensions (WFD). The role involves hands‑on collaboration with cross‑functional teams and managing high‑priority technical scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
Assist in migration planning and execution for Kronos WFC → WFD.
Provide technical leadership across UKG/Kronos integration initiatives.
Collaborate closely with teams during priority scenarios and critical issue resolution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
Required Skills
Kronos Workforce Management technical experience.
Dell Boomi integration development.
Application integration architecture.
Strong communication & collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
10+ years of experience in technical and integration architecture.
Experience with UKG WFM migrations.
