PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE The Personal Lines Account Executive manages an assigned book of business, develops client relationships, and strives to grow and retain clients. You may work alongside the Producer; the Account Executive is responsible for overseeing the management of assigned accounts including interacting with decision makers, proactive consultation, insurance program design, carrier interface/marketing, coordination of risk control resources, relevant collaboration with colleagues throughout HUB, and negotiation of coverage terms and conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work cooperatively with Producers and Hub colleagues to maintain strong client relationships and manage account retention.
Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with C‑Level and other decision makers for assigned Hub clients.
Obtain detailed knowledge of the client’s business and industry, articulate applicable exposures to loss, insurance coverages, and appropriate risk management/control solutions.
Directly oversee and coordinate the delivery of all Hub services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle, including stewardship reports, delivery of risk control services, carrier meetings, claims reviews, preparation of coverage outlines, and marketing of emergent and renewal coverage requests.
Conduct annual reviews with clients, making coverage and loss control recommendations focused on reducing the client’s total cost of risk.
Identify opportunities for cross‑sell and up‑sell of other Hub products and services when appropriate for the client’s needs.
Work with the Producer or be primarily responsible for maintaining current receivable status for assigned clients and proactively collect receivables more than 30 days past‑due.
Design and deliver effective group presentations using various media, including conducting internal training to a sales or renewal presentation at a client’s office.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5–10 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment.
High Net‑Worth/Private Client experience; experience within the entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred.
Yacht/Marine Insurance experience preferred.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred).
Willing to complete continuing education requirements and to work outside normal business hours as needed.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
COMPENSATION The expected hourly range for this position is
$90,000.00‑$110,000.00
and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, working location, and the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
