Accountants One
Accountants One is offering an experienced Accounting Manager to support growing operations in the commercial construction space. The Accounting Manager will work closely with internal leadership and external financial partners to ensure accurate, timely accounting processes.
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
Payroll and all associated tax filings and related benefits administration
Account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and sub-ledgers
Project billing, including Percentage Completion and AIA billing
Month-end close process
Full Cycle Accounts Payable
Prepare financial statements and other reports as requested by management
Required:
Payroll experience is a must
Advanced Excel skills
4+ years of accounting experience
Construction/Project billing experience strongly preferred
Sage software experience is a plus
