Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding a Superintendent for their headquarters in Dallas‑Fort‑Worth Metroplex.
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of different project new construction; project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.
Project Manager for the following project type: Large Commercial Healthcare and Hospital Hospitality Aviation K-12/Higher Education Class A corporate Mission Critical Retail
Responsibilities Project quality control Subcontractor coordination Daily logs/project documentation Safety management Inspections
Must have: Proven field leadership on large‑scale industrial or mission‑critical jobs GC experience
Offered Up to $140,000 base + bonus Full benefits, vehicle or allowance GSA per diem if traveling 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance
