Schedule: 6:00pm to 6:30am; 3 shifts weekly

Job Description
Prepare, administer, and record medications and treatments.
Perform wound care, injections, catheterizations, and tube feedings.
Conduct physical assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
Accurately document care, observations, and treatment responses.
Process physician orders and ensure timely follow-through.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Support residents with daily living activities and emotional needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
Position Requirements
Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to follow physician orders and clinical protocols.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in long‑term care settings.
Ability to collaborate with CNAs and RNs.
