Grade 44, Expected Hiring Range: $20.13–$25.40 Job Description
Assist the Clinic Finance Manager with all insurance operations including submission of claims, posting payments, claim research, and insurance verification. Research and resolve claim denials from both in‑network and out‑of‑network insurance companies, oversee insurance accounts receivable, and serve as point of contact for patient insurance inquiries. Generate collection letters for patients with outstanding balances and coordinate submission of patient balances to Allied. Set up payroll deductions for payment plan patients. Gather and maintain provider credentialing requirements for network relations and follow up with insurance companies to meet deadlines. Process invoices from multiple vendors, track spending, and ensure proper purchase order balances to avoid budget overruns. Provide administrative support as a backup to the front desk, including logging into the phone system, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, managing mail, magazine renewals, and office supply ordering. Required Skills
