Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a PRN (as needed) provider. The role requires delivering high‑quality care to premature and ill newborns, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and well‑being.

Hourly Wage Estimate $36.50 - $55.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Deliver age‑appropriate patient care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.

Optimize the quality of life for all patients by expanding beyond traditional medical needs.

Provide nursing care for premature and ill newborn patients in the NICU.

Oversee and direct assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for patient care.

Act as the primary nurse, leading interdisciplinary collaboration for well‑coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or an active multistate RN license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Certification in STABLE (Short Term Acute Care for the Born Adult).

1 to 2 years of acute care specialty nursing experience.
