Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in industry‑standard software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high‑quality standards across various construction sites.
Duties
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and project management software
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change order management
Monitor project progress, quality control, safety standards, and adherence to budgets
Utilize Civil 3D for site design coordination and project planning
Manage project documentation, reports, and communication to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols on‑site
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination and site supervision
Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry‑standard tools
Solid understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, contracts, and schematics reading
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
Prior experience working on large‑scale commercial or civil construction projects is highly desirable
This position is integral to the successful delivery of construction projects through effective management of resources, schedules, and teams. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise and leadership ability to drive projects forward efficiently.
